"Sometimes we have someone who needs a repair job done on an obscure machine." says Russell, whose personally trained repair team operate from his workshop in Bundaberg, Queensland. "Parts can be hard to find, there can sometimes be delays in getting our hands on them and doing the repair. In those instances we will often arrange a loan of a machine to the customer, so they don't have to go without legs in the mean time." he says.
